Returns
- Return / Exchange policy exist only if there is any damage in the product.
- If there is any damage it should be informed within 24 hours from the time parcel received.
- Parcel opening video is must to claim to exchange of there is any damage in the product.
- Parcel opening Video should be taken from the beginning of opening the parcel, with shipping label and tracking number visible.
- If any damage is found while opening the parcel it should be pointed out in the video itself.
- No return or exchange on offer products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund usually takes 4-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shreeyughacreations@gmail.com
What is Shreeyugha’s Cancellation Policy?
We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be transferred to your Shreeyugha account and may be reversed back in your Card Account on your request.
You can also cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made in the given time for each mode. However, you will have the option to opt for store credits which you can use to buy something else at the same time or at a later time.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No, you cannot modify the shipping address after placing your order. Call us for any support at shreeyughacreations@gmail.com.
How do I cancel my Order?
After placing an order, you cannot cancel your order.
Shipping
All products will be checked twice by our packing team before dispatch to avoid customers receiving damage product / wrong Product.
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
- Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
- Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
- Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.
- If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and email us at support@shreeyugha.com.
Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company’s end before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any damaged shipments, in which case it will be your responsibility if a product is missing.
Shipping Terms – Within India:
- All orders will be shipped usually within 1-3 working days from the date on which payment is completed.
- All domestic orders will be processed via our official website / Instagram / Whatsapp
- Delivery Period – (Date to be calculated from the next day to the date of shipping)
- For Metros : 2 to 5 working days
- Any other remote locations: 5 – 7 working days.
- In case of any unexpected courier delays by the courier company, Shreeyugha shall not be responsible for the same. However, our team will follow up to make sure the parcel reaches you safe and quick.
- Customers are requested to track the parcel until it reaches. Tracking details shall be sent via sms / email id if provided.
- We expect the customers to make sure that there is someone at the receiving address to collect the parcel to avoid return of parcel.
- Customers are requested to fill the complete delivery address along with pin code and contact number.
- Customers who book orders to non-residential address (office, hotels etc…) are responsible for the coordination with the respective courier collection point (office, hotels etc…) or the courier agency. In case of any difficulties in collecting the parcel, guidance shall be provided.
- Customers are expected to be aware of the courier collection point, if any, which is present at the given delivery address (hostel, gated community, office, hotels etc…)
- Important Note: Under Normal circumstances there will be no calls made by the delivery executive, if no one is available at the delivery address during the time of delivery. 1-3 attempts are made for delivery. In case of non-availability of the customer at the specified delivery address on all the attempts, parcel will be held at the nearest delivery hub, it is the responsibility of the customers to contact the nearest hub and get the parcels delivered. In case if no one has contacted them, the package will be sent back to our address. Such orders will be sent back to the correct address again & the customer shall bear the shipping cost.
- In case of parcel being returned due to non-availability / non reachability of the customer, We charge the usual shipping charges for re-shipping the parcel, applicable to all cases.
- For any other delivery related issues, customers shall reach us at shreeyughacreations@gmail.com along with the full delivery address and order id, stating the issue faced.
Shipping Terms – International Customers:
- All Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of payment made.
- Any additional shipping Cost will be communicated prior to shipping and shall be borne by the customer.
- Delivery Date is subjective and customers are asked to get a tentative date of delivery at the time of purchase
- Shreeyugha should not be held responsible for any delivery delay due to holiday/other circumstances during the transit, necessary guidence will be provided.
- The date of delivery is only Tentative and subject to vary due to various external factors
- We collect only the shipping charges. Any clearance, duty or taxes levied is to be borne by the customer.
- Any interior location additional delivery charge levied by the courier company is to be borne by the customer.
- Any follow up with respect to the parcel has to be done by the customer; however tracking details and guidence support will be given from our side.
- Customers are expected to be aware of volumetric charges (Dimension of parcel). While booking your parcel in courier service either volumetric charge or parcel weight, which ever is higher will be charged by courier service. Charges will be informed prior with customers.
